Exerpt from Bob Anderson (May 12, 2013): ...It took a bit of triangulating with the Yaggi, but we soon found D1 perched in a tree overlooking the river and dairy farm... We moved very slow not wanting to spook D1 before being able to snap a photograph. I was searching each and every tree when Mary spotted her on the ground. She took flight to a nearby tree and using my long lens I was able to snap some images before once again she took flight. She is clearly leery of people which is good.
